The Role:

Responsibilities but not limited to:
Manage and optimize dental appointment scheduling to ensure a smooth flow and maximize patient satisfaction and dentist availability.
Serve as the first point of contact for our patients, answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting patients with a smile.
Maintain patient records with up-to-date information regarding appointments, treatments, and communications.
Collaborate with dental staff to address scheduling changes, patient needs, and ensure efficient operation of the office.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and office efficiency.
